History.

ProSep Inc. (formerly known as TORR Canada inc.) received venture capital investments in 2003 to complete the development of its flagship produced water treatment TORR system and launch it to the upstream O&G industry. Between 2003 and 2007, ProSep completed several rounds of financings, sold its TORR system to large O&G producers in the North Sea, Africa, and Middle-East, and built a thorough knowledge in the O&G upstream produced water treatment. During the same period, we concluded agreements with Schlumberger, Weatherford, Siemens Water, and Rosetti Marino.

In 2007, ProSep made the acquisition of Pure Group AS from Norway. This acquisition thoroughly transformed the organization as we became a truly international solution process equipment provider. With operations in Canada, United States, Norway, Bahrain, and Kuala Lumpur, associated with a wide range of traditional and proprietary process equipments, ProSep is now able to offer complete packages to the O&G industry to treat oil, gas, and water. The former Pure Group has been operating for more than 5 years. The Houston-based operation has been established by former Kvaerner Process Solutions employees, as well as the Kuala Lumpur operation. In Norway, the company was once the property of Statoil, among the largest O&G producers in the world.
